The gardens

Plant collections
Large plant collections have been built up for research and conservation. Especially worth seeing: the collection of carnivorous plants.
Friends
More than 1000 friends have come together in the Association of Friends to promote and support the Botanic Gardens.
About us
The Bonn University Botanic Gardens have been working successfully in research and teaching for more than 200 years and are involved in national and international projects. We train young professional horticulturists and promote public education with our Green School.
